I practice both Therapeutic Massage and Structural Integration because these modalities are proven contributors to a healthy lifestyle! It is deeply satisfying to share with you the skills I've built over the last 17+ years.

Practice philosophy: Each session should be exceptional! Benefits should be cumulative and add value to your life. We are a team, with your sensations and experiences having the most important value. Empathy, respect, and trust are as important to the therapeutic relationship as the bodywork itself.

For recreation, I enjoy live theater, movies, word puzzles, baking, bike-riding, gardening, swimming, music. I read mostly non-fiction.
